I've been using Amelia for my clients for years now and have yet to come across a booking system that can handle appointments as powerfully. Example, if you want to offer 6 classes but the person can join at any time, Amelia can handle this. Most can't. The will handle a term where everyone starts together but the class isn't full, is that how you want it to stay until the next term? This was the first scenario I was testing for and how I found Amelia. Since then they have the options of packages which I have used to open monthly memberships etc and I have used it to manage rooms for business independent of the employee. The support team are always great if I run a request by them to help me gauge the work involved to quote which can be so easily underestimated when doing a new setup. It has been able to handle any scenario I've been asked to implement and it is why I use it. Their support is excellent unlike so many WordPress plugins. I happily invested in the lifetime licence to ensure my clients receive the updates and reduce maintenance costs. It's brilliant value for what you get. Easy to use for clients once it is setup.
