He logged into my account and surveyed the issue, then created a video and sent it to me along with a link to the article showing me what to do to fix the issue.I recomend everyone using WordPress get the Astra Theme and the Astra Pro plugin. It's east to configer and if you do have issues, the support team is fantastic and effeciant.
