Like others have noted, the customer support is quite responsive; however, I’ve never faced such a convoluted and overly complex process for upgrading a plugin. Instead of simply providing a serial number to unlock features, you need to log into the service's cumbersome dashboard, which seems outdated. Additionally, being a WordPress admin isn’t enough; you must log in with the specific user account that initially set up the plugin. Why is this necessary? Some sites might have multiple admins! In the end, I requested a refund because life is too short for this hassle.
