I was overcharged and they refuse to issue a refund. I’ve been paying for about five years, and recently they began charging me extra without notifying me. When I tried to contact them, they said there were no billing agents available and would email me later, but the follow-up was unhelpful.
As others have mentioned, the customer support is quick to respond, but I’ve never encountered such a complicated process for upgrading a plugin. Instead of just providing a serial number, you have to navigate the service’s cumbersome dashboard, which feels outdated. Plus, it’s not enough to be a WordPress admin; you need to log in with the specific user account that set up the plugin. This is frustrating, especially when multiple admins are involved! Ultimately, I requested a refund because my time is valuable.
