Unacceptable service. My cooker has been out of order for 4 months now, with the last 2 months managed by an insurer through another service. Multiple last-minute cancellations occurred, and they failed to send parts to the correct engineer, leading to these issues. The latest appointment was cancelled just 30 minutes before the scheduled time, after I rearranged my plans to be available. A straightforward task handled so poorly - steer clear of this company.
