Terrible experience. My cooker has been out of order for 4 months now, with the last 2 months being handled by an outsourced service. They canceled appointments at the last minute more than once and failed to send the necessary parts to the right technician, causing further delays. The most recent appointment was canceled just 30 minutes before it was scheduled, after I had rearranged my plans to be available. A straightforward task mishandled in such a dramatic way—steer clear of this service.

Fraudulent company - just read the reviews; they indicate they contact many individuals without having proper consent. I can prove the harassment I received and their failure to delete my information, yet they still retain it. This is a violation of privacy and a clear act of corruption. Please report any scammers who exploit our lives.
No service or repair after 10 weeks. They failed to show up for the scheduled repair on our in-warranty tumble dryer, rescheduling 4 times, each time not showing. I've been waiting for 10 weeks now. Clearly, they don't value customer service at all. If I could give zero stars, I would.
Scheduling the repair took a while, but the engineer's exceptional work made up for it. However, I'm left to manage the old freezer door and the packaging from the new one on my own, which is quite inconvenient and leaves me uncertain about how to proceed.
Deceptive individuals - They arrived for the appointment and charged a fee, lacking the necessary expertise. They searched for the issue online and claimed parts worth £198 were needed. When they returned with these parts, there was no improvement, and they admitted they couldn't identify the problem without specialized tools. This should have been addressed during the initial visit to allow informed decisions. They refused to offer any reimbursement or partial refund. Extremely disappointing service, avoid at all costs!
Requested an oven repair and paid £108 upfront. The engineer disconnected the oven without being asked. He stated it needed new elements, and after following up multiple times, I learned they sent the invoice to the wrong email. After paying over £360 for parts, I was informed they were unavailable. I requested a refund, which they said would take 7-10 days. A disgraceful organization - avoid at all costs. Another company confirmed that the needed parts are in stock and cost about £150 less than what I was charged. A complete waste of £108 for a useless call-out.
Avoid this company. They installed a part that cost £90 plus the call-out fee. The intermittent fault persisted, and now they claim it's another issue they can't fix due to unavailable parts. My advice is to not get taken advantage of by a company that hides behind emails and refuses to fulfill their obligations.
