Honestly the worst repair experience we have ever had, we have had over five visits in the course of four weeks and still no resolution. Some of the staff that we speak to are incredibly rude and so completely lack understanding and respect for our diaries and rescheduling. We have received texts last minute for slots we told them we can’t make, we get zero actual input into when the engineers will come in, and the slot they provide is 12 hours long, so you have no flexibility around their attendance.It’s genuinely been a horrible customer service experience and we are left feeling burnt out and still with no resolution.
