Do not order from this company you have been warned I’ve been chasing a present since December the worst customer service I’ve ever dealt with absolute scam of a company!
Very disappointing experience. My Valentine’s gift arrived printed incorrectly, and the quality of the mug was far below expectations — honestly comparable to something worth only a few pounds, not £23.99 plus delivery.
I contacted customer service several times by email to resolve the issue, but they stopped responding altogether. The lack of communication and support has been extremely frustrating.
I would not recommend this shop based on my experience. Poor quality product and even worse customer service.
DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SCAMMER OF A COMPANY. My wife bought me a whiskey glass with writing etched in bottom of glass. Glass was received as a gift for Valentine’s Day with cracks coming off etching . Tried email for customer service. Will not send just bounced back. Tried over 10 times. Tried calling phone number. Rings 4 times and disconnects. I guess we should be glad we received anything damaged or not. Pathetic these companies take peoples money and then no customer service.
No idea how this company can survive but this is scam. I can‘t recommend anyone to order here!
I ordered a customized gift end of December and I never received it.
First order was sent back due to issues with the phone number, what a joke.
They offered me a reprint but I experienced the same issue today and it has been sent back again.
Items are being shipped from China - you can track it but it’s getting stuck for several days in transit without any update and in the end it will be send back to the sender without any notification.
I asked for a refund 3 times now but all my messages got ignored, so I guess I won’t get my money back.
I was sent the wrong bracelet.
It had someone else’s initials and design. My proof was correct they just sent me someone else’s order which mean someone got mine. I have sent three emails and have been ignored.
It was very easy to customize and order 2 coffee mugs, kinda pricey and have to pay for shipping. However, if you live in Hawaii, order way ahead. I ordered Dec 12, 2025 and it arrived Jan 14, 2026.
The custom gift we received was excellent. I was worried about the delivery taking a long time, but I understand it was during the holiday season. The customer service was responsive and addressed my concerns quickly. I would consider purchasing again, although maybe not during peak times. My only critique is that the courier service could improve by providing better delivery updates, as I ordered on December 9th with an expected delivery date of December 23rd-28th, but it arrived on January 11th without any updates.
I am very satisfied with the item and appreciated the constant updates through the tracking app, with no delays. A minor point to note is that the plug is not compatible with UK fittings, but this allows for the purchase of an adapter if necessary. I received compensation for this issue within a day of notifying the support team. I would certainly consider purchasing from them again.
The item I received is nothing like what I ordered. It feels extremely low quality and is fit only for the trash, which is exactly where it ended up. The company should feel just as ashamed of what they sent as I do for being deceived by this scam. CAUTION: AVOID PURCHASING FROM THIS SELLER!
