My vehicle has been taken to a local service center multiple times. Earlier this year, it was there for repairs for three weeks, with minimal updates from the service team. Recently, I noticed a whistling sound from the engine and visited an independent mechanic, who reported that the engine had been poorly reassembled, with missing bolts, unattached heat shields, loose wiring, and signs of leakage. I returned to the original service center, and they acknowledged that the EGR pipe was incorrectly installed and leaking. Although they fixed this, shortly after leaving, another warning light appeared, indicating EGR flow rate and thermoplunger issues. They addressed the thermoplungers but overlooked the EGR flow rate issue. When I inquired, an engineer mentioned it was just a cold start, advising me to return if the warning light reappeared. Now, I am facing an oil dilution error again, and with a family holiday approaching, the lack of communication from the service manager has been disappointing. I was promised a call that never came, and after several follow-ups, I still haven't heard back. I am left with a vehicle that struggles to accelerate and may need to rent a car for our trip. I've filed an official complaint and plan to take my vehicle to another service center in hopes of resolving these issues.
