As a long-time customer who has spent a lot, this experience has drastically changed my view of the company. A mechanic replaced my rear brakes, the last to handle my rear wheel. Recently, I had a flat tire and discovered a cross-threaded lug nut, making it impossible to remove the wheel. This is not normal wear but a result of improper installation. Despite this, I was charged $150 for a warranty check, which confirmed the issue, yet they refused to cover the cost of removing the damaged lug nut or refund the $150. The company, the last to work on the wheel, is shirking responsibility for the damage caused by their technician. I am left with an unremovable flat tire and additional costs due to their error. This situation highlights a significant lack of accountability and customer care. Long-time customers should not have to fight to rectify clear workmanship issues. I would strongly caution anyone considering this service to think twice, especially if complications arise.
