They also falsely reported the heater as working, even though it only blows cold air, and claimed the headlights were free of cracks when they had visible damage needing a costly replacement. When confronted, they admitted to 'significant discrepancies' in their report but refused to cover the damages, citing their Terms of Service. They refunded the small inspection fee but left me with a hefty repair bill for issues they claimed were fine. Do not trust this service with your safety or finances.
