If I could give this company a negative rating, I would.I take full responsibility for not doing more research before booking, but this experience has been nothing short of frustrating. I scheduled a service for the morning of July 3, 2025, with an expected arrival window between 6:30 AM and 8:30 AM. By 9:30 AM, no one had shown up, so I emailed the company requesting a refund.Shortly after, I received a call with an apology and was told another technician had been assigned. I agreed to the rescheduled window of 12:30 PM to 2:30 PM. Around 1:15 PM, the technician called to say he had picked up the alternator from AutoZone and would arrive in 20–30 minutes.It is now 5:00 PM. No technician. No updates. I’ve sent a second email requesting a refund and have yet to receive a response.This kind of service is unacceptable. You can’t build a sustainable business by misleading customers and failing to deliver on basic commitments. I feel deceived and disappointed. What a joke.
