We purchased our kitchen back in December. The showroom experience was great and the journey seemed smooth. Then the delivery date came. One hour before delivery, we received a generic text message that the delivery will not happen and Customer Service would contact us regarding redelivery. This didn't happen so I started trying to get hold of them. Literally impossible. Lines are always busy and you wait for hours before you are being kicked off the line. That was yesterday, same again today and after sending 3 different complaint emails last night I received an email with a random date for next week. Bare in mind, we paid for the delivery. Now we have the fitters booked for Saturday (they will charge us regardless of having a kitchen or not) and Wren will only deliver on Tuesday. Nobody is actually talking to me, all I get is generic text messages and no option to negotiate a solution.
This is probably the worst customer service I have experienced. Buying a kitchen is not cheap, so I would expect that can at least talk to someone. No solutions. Seems Wren is one of those companies where after payment they don't care anymore at all.
Don't use them, you are better off at Ikea or some other furniture place.
