I told myself: "OK, I am paying a premium, but it is worth it because I will receive a high-quality strap in no time."For shipping, I specifically selected FedEx Connect Plus, which is a day-definite international delivery service promised within one to four business days across Europe. However, Wristbuddys unilaterally changed the carrier to DHL e-Commerce, which is arguably the worst shipping solution available.My order was placed on 23 December and did not arrive until Friday 9 January. This delay occurred because DHL e-Commerce hands over parcels to local postal services, which is a total nightmare. While I am perfectly fine with paying a premium price for the product, I expect the premium service to match it.Today, I went to the post office but was unable to pick up my parcel because there were 50 people waiting in line. Had the package been sent via FedEx Connect Plus as requested, this situation would never have happened. This was my first and definitely my last time buying from Wristbuddys.
