Bought two straps for my wife and I. Straps are super comfortable and I like how nice they fit in or watches. They come with all the tools and spring bars you need plus some. Very pleased with there straps and will definitely be buying more.

I am a huge advocate for purchasing goods from within the European Union. That was one of the primary reasons I decided to buy a sailcloth strap from Wristbuddys. I told myself: "OK, I am paying a premium, but it is worth it because I will receive a high-quality strap in no time."For shipping, I specifically selected FedEx Connect Plus, which is a day-definite international delivery service promised within one to four business days across Europe. However, Wristbuddys unilaterally changed the carrier to DHL e-Commerce, which is arguably the worst shipping solution available.My order was placed on 23 December and did not arrive until Friday 9 January. This delay occurred because DHL e-Commerce hands over parcels to local postal services, which is a total nightmare. While I am perfectly fine with paying a premium price for the product, I expect the premium service to match it.Today, I went to the post office but was unable to pick up my parcel because there were 50 people waiting in line. Had the package been sent via FedEx Connect Plus as requested, this situation would never have happened. This was my first and definitely my last time buying from Wristbuddys.
Their so-called “lifelong” warranty is misleading. When something breaks, they charge you 20 euros for shipping, which basically covers their own costs. On top of that, returning an item costs 17 euros. It’s not worth the hassle or the hidden fees. I’ll never order from this company again.
I was very skeptical at first. Every time I buy something I find on Facebook or Instagram I usually get screwed over. But I am very happy with my rubber strap. I went for the offer of buy two and get a free watch roll. Everything was delivered very quickly and with nice neat packaging. Is it worth the 130$ price tag for each strap, only time will tell, but for now I'm super happy with it.
