I have to rate an experience or service which I have not received as yet. I was promised that they would refund me as soon as they receive this rating. I would gladly give Emily a 10/10 rating as soon as my problem has been solved but all I received was an email stating that they will refund me and then they debited my account again afterwards. Kindly refund my payments and confirm that no further drbits will go through my account and I will gladly do another review. Thank you. Marina
