I have to rate an experience or service which I have not received as yet. I was promised that they would refund me as soon as they receive this rating. I would gladly give Emily a 10/10 rating as soon as my problem has been solved but all I received was an email stating that they will refund me and then they debited my account again afterwards. Kindly refund my payments and confirm that no further drbits will go through my account and I will gladly do another review. Thank you. Marina
I had ordered a laptop online that was on discount, but to date have not received any communication to my email or cell phone number, which I have provided when making payment. I unfortunately have not received said laptop. I now wish to be reimbursed. I appreciate the quick response regarding the matter
For them coming back to me by reversing my subscription. I unfortunately am not able to go carry on right now due to personal circumstances and that finances are not readially available. This I truly appreciate. Who knows later I will be able to join once I feel comfortable with my finances. Thank you
