I ordered my sofa on the 4th of December with a delivery window of 4-6 weeks. After repeated follow-ups, I was informed it would arrive on the 14th of January, but when I contacted the delivery service, I faced a rude representative who claimed there were delays. I was told my sofa wouldn't arrive until the 26th of January. When I expressed my frustration, the agent accused me of being rude and hung up. This experience has left me extremely upset.
