I had a terrible experience with this delivery service for my sofa order. The team that arrived was unprofessional, with one member dressed inappropriately. They mishandled the delivery, dropping boxes and failing to assemble the furniture correctly. When I pointed out an issue, I was told to contact the retailer myself. I have tried reaching the company for assistance but received no response. I regret using this service and advise others to look elsewhere.
