Customer service was extremely disappointing. I placed an order on December 3rd with the wrong address, corrected it immediately, but the parcel was still sent to the wrong address. The representative I spoke to was rude. I would not recommend this service. I ended up losing money on this order and will not use the company again, as this is not the first instance of their mistakes.
