This review is primarily for a representative in the customer service team. I encountered a minor issue with delivery and artwork, and she was remarkable in her efforts to expedite the delivery. While I haven't received the delivery yet to comment on the print, her customer service was superb, and it's a testament to the company. I've interacted with her several times, and the service has always been excellent!
My experience with customer support was terrible. I placed an order on the 3rd of December with an incorrect address, but I corrected it immediately. Despite this, the parcel was delivered to the wrong address, even though the change was made before the order was processed. The representative I spoke to was unpleasant. I cannot recommend this service. I ended up wasting money on this order, and I will not be using the company again, as this is not the first time they have made mistakes and refused to fix them.

STEER CLEAR, IT'S A DISASTER! Customer service has deteriorated significantly. Prices have skyrocketed, and the quality of service has plummeted. I used to rely on this service for printing, but I've now found much better and more reliable alternatives. Save yourself the trouble and choose another provider.
If I could rate lower, I definitely would. I was incredibly let down. I placed an urgent order on a Friday, needing guaranteed delivery by the next Tuesday, and paid for early delivery since the items were critical for an expo. I received confirmation, but by Monday evening, my account showed 'awaiting submission.' With no support available, I called first thing Tuesday only to find out my order wouldn't arrive. This could seriously impact my business, and I'm extremely frustrated.
