If I could rate lower, I definitely would. I was incredibly let down. I placed an urgent order on a Friday, needing guaranteed delivery by the next Tuesday, and paid for early delivery since the items were critical for an expo. I received confirmation, but by Monday evening, my account showed 'awaiting submission.' With no support available, I called first thing Tuesday only to find out my order wouldn't arrive. This could seriously impact my business, and I'm extremely frustrated.
