My experience with customer support was terrible. I placed an order on the 3rd of December with an incorrect address, but I corrected it immediately. Despite this, the parcel was delivered to the wrong address, even though the change was made before the order was processed. The representative I spoke to was unpleasant. I cannot recommend this service. I ended up wasting money on this order, and I will not be using the company again, as this is not the first time they have made mistakes and refused to fix them.
