The approach towards teachers is excessively harsh, with restrictions on their communication and derogatory remarks directed at them. It's disappointing that instead of supporting teachers, the focus is on removing their lessons and terminating their positions without valid reasons. The system doesn't allow educators to teach in their own effective ways, which actually benefits students. While the education quality is decent, the treatment of the staff leaves much to be desired. I've encountered many dedicated teachers with years of experience who feel similarly. The current environment is concerning. I wouldn't recommend this place; they urgently need to improve their attitude towards their educators.
The price of the class package isn’t transparent & never be informed only when your classes are running out. The price of the basic class package has increased every year, which is now above $2000. The customer has to pay it two months in advance. Our kids are have many out of school classes. To be asked to pay more than $2000 in advance for 2 years of classes at once is very difficult. There should be more flexible payment options.We as a loyal customer of many years we are treated like a free employee & have been asked every week to post wukong’s ads, which is very annoying.Very happy with the actual teaching though
Well-prepared, high-quality teaching that is positive, even-keeled and easy to understand. Administratively highly responsive.Only negative is the forced marketing strategy with weekly social media ads that turn paying customers into hawkers. Big turnoff!

The lessons are pretty good and we love the teachers. But, be careful! They force you to buy packages THEY defined. For example, you only need x number of classes to finish all their levels? No! It's not up to you. You MUST get a package much bigger than you need. Why? Because they just don't have a package that has the exact number of classes you need. It doesn't matter that you've been with them for years. They don't care. THEY JUST WANT TO SELL THEIR PACKAGES! So look out, families!
