The order was delivered quickly, the packaging was built to hold diamonds.And of course the fish was superb. I have yet to taste the salmon burgers....the last time I had ordered them they were dry and tasteless. Hoping the ones that just arrived are excellnt.

I'm usually wary of ordering fish online - too often I've been deceived by beautiful photos and loud words about the freshness of the sea. But then everything turned out to be fair. The fish came in a tight package, odorless, without ice inside, in neat pieces. It feels elastic, not slimy, the color is even, without gray spots. Even when defrosting, no water was released, which indicates proper freezing. It was already clear from the look of it that the product was not from the category of extras for supermarkets. The first thing I did was cook the salmon in the oven. It turned out to be tender, juicy, without the characteristic fishy heaviness. Then I made cod with vegetables - it did not fall apart, did not give water, the taste remained pure. Even the children, who usually frown at the smell of fish, ate quietly. This is the main indicator of quality for me. I also want to mention the delivery. Everything arrived on time, the box is tight, there are cooling elements inside, and the temperature has been maintained.
