AVOID this company! Go with Airbnb instead, it's better value for money.
They don´t help you when there is a problem with the landlord. I had issues with the apartment I rented. I contacted the owner to explain him the problems but never received any response.
Then, I contacted Wunderflats to explain the situation. Their answer: "To ensure everything is handled properly and to protect yourself, it is important that you inform the landlord immediately about these matters. By notifying the landlord directly, you create a clear record of the situation, which will help avoid any misunderstandings or accountability issues when you eventually move out."
Basically, you pay €300 in service fees to Wunderflats for NOTHING. I am even wondering if they read your emails...

The customer support was excellent for the rental. I would like to shout out Bakir Osmicevic for his incredible efforts and services. He promptly contacted landlords of the apartments we liked, negotiated for us and made sure that every single doubt that we had was resolved. He made sure that renting was easy and transparent. He also arranged viewings for us. We ended up with a great apartment in the end with his help. Would definitely recommend.
Booking was quite easy. The only downside was not knowing when the payments would be due or the exact address until after booking and getting the contract. It was also difficult to get the contact details for the landlord. Everything else went very smoothly

I vacated my apartment booked through the platform on 1 July 2025. Nearly six months later, my €2,385 deposit has yet to be returned. The move-out was conducted properly: keys were returned, self check-out was submitted, full photo documentation was uploaded, and no damages were noted. Initially, the company confirmed that deposit refunds typically take 3–4 weeks. Since then, I have followed up several times and even sent a formal written reminder. The only response I receive is that they have “reminded the landlord again,” with no concrete action or payment date. The landlord/property management has ceased all communication after repeatedly assuring repayment. I am now being represented by a local tenants’ association. This experience has been incredibly frustrating and stressful. I would strongly advise others to be cautious regarding deposit issues when using this service.

Disappointing experience as a landlord. The onboarding process is frustrating, there is no straightforward payment option, and no clear overview of who will be staying in your property. You end up spending all your time and energy dealing with the tenant, and if anything goes awry, you still receive an invoice even if the tenant finds another place. Why not integrate a chat and payment feature into the app?
