I purchased a flashlight from an online platform. It was one of my favorites for a while, but about six months after buying it, it stopped working. The charger indicates it's done charging, but there's no light. I tested the battery in another flashlight, and it worked well, so I don't think the battery is the issue. I emailed customer support with the necessary information for a warranty claim on December 10th, but I haven't heard back in 18 days. I will update this review if they eventually respond.
