I placed an order for a flashlight and received a confirmation email. After two weeks with no updates on my order, I emailed customer service but got no reply. I sent two more emails over the next week, but still no response. Buyer beware! UPDATE: Since my initial post, I found the support team to be very helpful and responsive. I finally received my flashlight and am pleased with the product, but it's unfortunate that I had to leave a negative review before getting assistance.
