Extremely irresponsible seller – took my money, delivered nothing
I paid for a headlamp on Wurkkos’ official website.
The package reached Denmark but was placed in a pickup shop without me ever receiving any SMS or notification from PostNord. Because I was never informed, the parcel stayed there and was returned.
This was NOT my fault. My address was 100% correct.
What makes this unacceptable is Wurkkos’ behavior afterward:
• They replied once, only to ask if my address was correct.
• After I confirmed it and explained everything clearly, they went silent.
• I sent multiple emails and WhatsApp messages.
• They claimed to be on holiday, but even after the holiday ended, they completely ignored me.
It has now been more than 1.5 months.
I paid the full amount.
I received nothing.
No refund.
No reshipment.
No responsibility.
No communication.
This is not just bad customer service — this is unprofessional and unethical behavior. If a company cannot handle delivery issues or even reply to customers after taking their money, they should not be selling internationally.
I strongly advise others to avoid ordering directly from Wurkkos unless you are prepared to fight to get your money back.
