I ordered an item on the 3rd of January.It still hasn’t been delivered 21 days laterCustomer service has been useless (Amy Tan) days between replies, no update that I can’t see myself on the delivery service. Not sure of what the point of her service isI’ve repeatedly asked for a new item or a refund, which keeps getting ignored.
