Having had my 20cm Wusthof chefs knife for several years now, I had selected it carefully never dreaming I would ever need another. However, my wife managed to drop it onto the worktop whilst removing it from the block and broke it in two! This caused much consternation... I emailed Wusthof with the slight chance it might be under warranty and I'm overjoyed to say I received a replacement free of charge. Many thanks to Amy, Holly and Guido whom I dealt with.
