I ordered two bird feeders on December 14, 2025, for Christmas and got a notification on December 20 from the shipping service that the label was created and I would be informed when they received the package. Now it’s December 23, and there has been no further update. I finally reached customer support, and they informed me there was a warehouse issue, and I will not receive the order by Christmas. Very poor customer service. I will refuse this package and contact my credit card provider to dispute the charge. AVOID ORDERING FROM THIS SERVICE!!! I wish I had found these reviews before placing my order.
