Like many others i purchased the bird feeder for a gift. In less than 48 hours it was destroyed by a squirrel. I left multiple emails with no response. I finally called someone and they told me I would be refunded (I purchased a warranty!) if I followed instructions for packing. Several emails and several months later I am still waiting for my refund. Horrible horrible experience.
I placed an order for two bird feeders on December 14, 2025, for Christmas and received a notification on December 20 from the shipping service that the label was created and I would be informed when the package was received. As of December 23, there has been no further update. After finally reaching customer support, I was informed there was an issue at the warehouse and that my order would not arrive by Christmas. Extremely disappointing customer service. I plan to refuse the package and contact my credit card provider to dispute the charge. I strongly advise against ordering from this service! I wish I had seen these reviews before making my purchase.
Same experience as the previous reviewer! I ordered bird feeders on December 16, 2025, for Christmas and received a notification on December 20 from the shipping service that the label was created and I would be notified when they received the package. It is now December 23, and there has been no further activity. I even paid for expedited delivery. Unfortunately, I was never able to reach customer service by phone, only receiving an email response stating it was not their fault as it was in the hands of the shipping service. Why would you ship via that service when I paid for expedited delivery? I have little confidence that I will receive the order by Christmas. Very poor customer service. I will refuse this package and contact my credit card provider to dispute the charge. AVOID ORDERING FROM THIS SERVICE!!! I wish I had seen these reviews before placing the order.

Terrible service. I searched for '25 best bird feeders' for a Christmas gift and was directed to a top-rated feeder, which led me to the service's website. The site navigation was very questionable, and there was minimal information on how to contact customer support. When I finally reached someone, they assured me my product would be shipped promptly (even though I had ordered it two weeks prior). They followed up with an email containing a tracking link that didn't work. After multiple attempts, I finally got through by phone, but had to wait at least 15 minutes. I ended up disputing the charge with my credit card. The bird feeders eventually arrived, but when I tried to get a return label, they informed me they couldn't provide one. They did give me a return address that differed from the one listed online, so I had to pay $13 to return the product. I’m unsure if I’ll get my money back, but at least my credit card reimbursed me. Do not trust this service.
I placed an order on December 11. I received an email stating that my order did not process correctly. I re-ordered and got two confirmations with different order numbers. I emailed support immediately requesting the cancellation of one order and referenced the order number. I was told the order had already been processed and could not be canceled. I responded that my cancellation request was sent within a minute of the email. I received an email confirming that order #1 was canceled. I then received numerous emails regarding the remaining order, with the latest on December 16 stating that the feeder was almost in my hands. I inquired again on December 17 and was told due to a stock issue for the holidays, it would take another 10 days to ship. I had a screenshot showing the item was in stock when I ordered it on December 11, which should have arrived before Christmas. I expressed feeling misled and requested immediate cancellation and a refund. These emails will serve as a record of my cancellation request and will be sent to my credit card company if needed to compel the refund. I received cancellation confirmation within minutes.
Zero stars for this dishonest service. I purchased a bird feeder from their site that had positive reviews before I bought it. I later discovered that the same company, operating under a different name, was the one that charged my card and claimed my product was delivered, even though nothing was ever received. I’ve called customer service multiple times, but no one answers or returns calls.
This is a fraudulent service. I ordered a top-rated bird feeder based on several review sites. I received the larger SD card quickly, but the feeder never arrived. I checked the tracking, and the shipping service has a label created but is waiting for the item. I attempted to contact the service via email, which their site suggested was the best method, but never heard back after 24 or 48 hours. I tried sending a text with no response. Finally, I got through by phone after a 30-minute hold. The person I spoke with was hard to understand but assured me the tracking would be updated soon and I would receive the feeder before Christmas. I don’t believe them and am considering contacting my financial institution to cancel and refund my money.
So far I can't comment on the quality of the product as it has not been delivered on time. While searching for bird feeders, I was excited to see the great options available and ordered due to a sale. However, when I finally contacted customer service, they informed me the reason I hadn’t received a tracking number was that they were out of stock, meaning they should never have been listed or sold until they were back in stock. This is a very dishonest way to conduct business, and now I’m unsure if it will arrive by the holidays. It’s a complete waste of buyers' time and money for them to sell products they don't have in stock. I hope it arrives soon, and it would be nice if customer service could compensate for some of the costs, but I doubt it. Read reviews before buying.
