Frankie C Very poor installation and no follow-up from 3 Day Blinds Corporate I recently had blinds installed by 3 Day Blinds, and the experience has been frustrating from start to finish. During installation, the installers tried to caulk the gaps in the shade from the valance to the ceiling with their fingers and ended up getting caulk all over the valance — areas where caulk clearly doesn’t belong and very difficult if not impossible to remove without causing more damage. When their installer manager confronted them about it, allegedly they denied caulking, even though my security cameras show them walking in with the caulk. In addition during the installation their manager called and asked what was taking them so long. They finally left the mess without finishing it and said “this was just a favor”. Since then, it’s been five days, and I’ve received no call back from 3 Day Blinds. I’ve reached out through the salesperson I worked with, and even the installer manager was supposed to contact me with resolve— but I’ve heard nothing from anyone. I also did call 3Day Blinds Corporate headquarters and they too have not responded with a fix. This kind of service and lack of accountability is unacceptable, especially for a company that promotes itself as professional and high-quality. I’m still waiting for 3 Day Blinds to take responsibility and fix the damage they caused. 310N
