Very poor installation and no follow-up…

Frankie C Very poor installation and no follow-up from 3 Day Blinds Corporate I recently had blinds installed by 3 Day Blinds, and the experience has been frustrating from start to finish. During installation, the installers tried to caulk the gaps in the shade from the valance to the ceiling with their fingers and ended up getting caulk all over the valance — areas where caulk clearly doesn’t belong and very difficult if not impossible to remove without causing more damage. When their installer manager confronted them about it, allegedly they denied caulking, even though my security cameras show them walking in with the caulk. In addition during the installation their manager called and asked what was taking them so long. They finally left the mess without finishing it and said “this was just a favor”. Since then, it’s been five days, and I’ve received no call back from 3 Day Blinds. I’ve reached out through the salesperson I worked with, and even the installer manager was supposed to contact me with resolve— but I’ve heard nothing from anyone. I also did call 3Day Blinds Corporate headquarters and they too have not responded with a fix. This kind of service and lack of accountability is unacceptable, especially for a company that promotes itself as professional and high-quality. I’m still waiting for 3 Day Blinds to take responsibility and fix the damage they caused. 310N

Shades that never come

I would not use this company nor recommend them for anything. I started working with them in February 2025 on a very large job well over $25,000. I ordered Roman shades in February and then was told they were doing some kind of a factory move and they couldn’t tell if the fabric was backordered or not. Finally in August was told that that fabric was discontinued so I ordered a different fabric. I just got an email that this fabric is backordered till January 2026. I am going to try and get my money back and try to find another vendor. They have the front end of the business down to a science. Upselling you at every turn. They cannot deliver what they promise!

3 MONTH Blinds

3 MONTH Blinds.I ordered my blinds in July and I am still living in a fish bowl, after I was told it would be 2 weeks. The installers stood me up 3 times, which was 3 days I had to take off work. One blind was broken so they said they would order and get back to me. One month later I still had not heard anything! Because of delays they said they would give me 500$ refund that they still have not refunded. This all could have been settled by with some basic communication. If you are late or delayed, just let me know, instead it was someone putting the blame on someone else. I am now finding out they still have not even ordered my blind!! Look at their reviews on Yelp, same problems. If they are that busy you have more money to hire more people so you can communicate better and get the job done when you say.

Excellent experience. Leslie (designer) and Nick (installer) were professional, knowledgeable and very friendly. Ordering and installing was a breeze. Definitely sticking with this firm and hope they will be around for a long time.

this company does not have reps to come to your house. they will not even send you a sample. if you call the customer service, the rudest karen on earth will inform you that you do not exist. If they dont have a rep in your zip code, you do not exist. not a good place to do business

We have used 3 Day Blinds for many…

We have used 3 Day Blinds for many years and like their service and products and installed them in our dining room in 2018. They were the string pulled blinds which were discontinued shortly afterwards. Early this year they stopped extending all the way down. I called for a repair options and was told they were repairable and charged me $181 and scheduled the repair.When the repair person came out they came with the wrong kit for our blinds, looked at them and said they weren't repairable. 3 Day Blinds replied that they were out of warranty. They still charged charged me $181 for a product that wasn't repairable.

Great Experience / Customer Satisfaction

We met Steven from 3 Day Blinds and he was Outstanding! He said he was a Design Consultant and he has a great deal of experience in the business he represents. A true professional. He wasn’t that type of individual who was there just for the sale. He showed us different designs, fabrics and styles along with ideas and opinions that would work best for our home and budget. There was no pressure in choosing and or making up our minds. He was very patient and was not in a hurry to seal the deal and move on to the next client. He stated he was there for us and our concerns. Question after question he was very polite and answered the questions we had, and I had quite a bit. At no point was he trying to upsell any particular type, style or fabric. He pointed out the positives and negatives and had us choose what was best for us. We felt comfortable with him at all times. A true professional, very courteous and passionate in his job. I had even called him after the sale with questions and wanting additional information and he called as soon as he was able to. Even after he made the sale he said any questions at any time you can call me and if I can’t pick up shoot me a text and I will get back with you. That was and is exactly what he did. I even called him to come back to check on the installed order because something just wasn’t right. He came, assessed the situation and admitted he had made a mistake and would make it right. This is called integrity!! He didn’t try and say this is the way it comes or try to weasel his way out. I still have 1/3 of the house to get blinds for and I will definitely ask for Steven again and use 3 Day Blinds. I recommend and stand by the company wholeheartedly but I recommend Steven 1st and foremost who is a great representation for 3 Day Blinds!!

Repeated Delays and Unfulfilled Promises—Still Waiting for My Installation

I am extremely disappointed with my experience order. When I placed my order in the first week of July, I was told installation would occur within 3 weeks. Since then, my order has been delayed three times, with the latest estimated date now pushed to mid-September—far beyond the initial promise. To make matters worse, I’ve already started receiving monthly payment statements even though the window treatments have not been installed. This poor communication and repeated delays have been frustrating and unacceptable, especially since I am now paying for a product I have yet to receive.
