3 MONTH Blinds.I ordered my blinds in July and I am still living in a fish bowl, after I was told it would be 2 weeks. The installers stood me up 3 times, which was 3 days I had to take off work. One blind was broken so they said they would order and get back to me. One month later I still had not heard anything! Because of delays they said they would give me 500$ refund that they still have not refunded. This all could have been settled by with some basic communication. If you are late or delayed, just let me know, instead it was someone putting the blame on someone else. I am now finding out they still have not even ordered my blind!! Look at their reviews on Yelp, same problems. If they are that busy you have more money to hire more people so you can communicate better and get the job done when you say.
