I am extremely disappointed with my experience order. When I placed my order in the first week of July, I was told installation would occur within 3 weeks. Since then, my order has been delayed three times, with the latest estimated date now pushed to mid-September—far beyond the initial promise. To make matters worse, I’ve already started receiving monthly payment statements even though the window treatments have not been installed. This poor communication and repeated delays have been frustrating and unacceptable, especially since I am now paying for a product I have yet to receive.
