What you are about to read may leave you skeptical about this company. I believe they are a genuine company now owned by the screw fix company (At least from my basic research), so before I placed an order on the website I concluded to the fact that they are owned by a genuine large parent company.So I purchased this item for my Bissel stainpro 6 20096 It did not arrive on the first week so i contacted the customer service team by email (that is the only form of contact). They responded 2 days later saying the item is out of stock without an ETA on its return. This sounded a bit dodgy so i emailed for a refund. Again a response was sent 3 days later that they cannot issue the refund as it has been dispatched.It was a very odd experience and i had no other choice as i needed this part and they were the only company who claimed to have it available. It came eventually is my point and maybe asking for a refund expedited my request. but it is a legit company, just make sure to email them for updates.
