Terrible customer service. The groomer was unable to groom my cat and apologised on at least 3 occasions as she had not been able to carry out a proper service. I queried the £70 charge with the company and suggested a partial discount would be appropriate as they had been unable to complete the groom. Lucy was rude and copied T&Cs to me claiming my cat was aggressive and would require sedation to be groomed. I have the friendliest Maine Coon who is not in the least aggressive and I suggest instead that they terrified him. No discount was offered and instead money was automatically deducted from my account. Please avoid this company at all costs
