I am absolutely disappointed with the attitude of two different ladies today. I called up seeing if it was possible to have the groomer come either earlier or later as I have a funeral to be present tomorrow. The First Lady on the phone was rude when I had explained to her the time I was booked and I needed to ensure that punctuality was being meet for tomorrow because my first session that my cat had her hair cut the lady was late, the lady on the phone then rudely and raised her voice by explained to me that there is no fix time and that in that hour I was to be home waiting for my cat and I was not allowed to leave the premises. I explained that was okay and I agreed to the conditions. I then get a call from one of the managers a lady being rudely and very aggressive on the telephone explaining that if I am not home which I said I would be that they would throw my cat on the road.I was only asking when I called to see if I could had move the appointment either earlier or later. I then agreed to the terms on the phone. However, the two ladies became aggressive on the phone, raised their voice at me and threatens to put my cat on the road if I attempt to leave in that hour a lot, which I had confirmed that I would be home. This is not a professional business to speak very aggressive to clients and threaten their pet.I will be taking further measures on how I was treated on the telephone.
