They cancelled our appointment the morning of May 11th stating the groomer had Covid. When asked if anyone could please groom our dog at any other time, the question was answered with a "we don't know when your groomer will be well." This wasn't the question, but I played along and asked if they could notify me when the groomer they had was well enough to work again, and to please pass along our get well wishes. Again, I was shortly told they didn't know when she would be well. They were not listening at all, and although I'm not British, I can tell you that when this happens in California, it's because they don't want your business. So, we moved on. Be wary if you choose them, and make sure to have a back up plan for when they cancel.
