I already left a review on Google a couple weeks ago about going to the store but employee was smoking and said on break I open in 10 more min. LololI tried again this morning 3/19/25 at 4:20am and he was open then bought 2 Orange juices totaling $4. I gave him 4 one dollar bills. He then tossed 1 bill back at me and said I don't like this bill I want a better bill. I looked at the guy and said What? He said I want a nicer bill. I said NO! Then I started to leave he kept saying I owe a $1!I came back to counter and picked up the bill and said NO I gave u this now don't be an Ass! He said u no shop here anymore if u don't give new bill. I said take it or leave it i don't care and I didn't plan on coming here anymore. 7/11 corp should really check out last few weeks of reviews for this new Fanchise owner. You can see the big shift in negative reviews. And I have never seen a business that worked so hard to not want my business. Maybe this store doesn't want shoppers. Or maybe it's the one Morning Employee. But this young man does not know how to work in a customer service selling goods business.I also have noticed how empty the parking lot has been last few weeks as well. I go or used to go there in the mornings on my way to dialysis treatment. Not anymore Arco is not that far away. But as I was telling my Dialysis Technician what happened 2 weeks ago and this morning 3 other personnel over heard and said they too have noticed this store or morning employee has made them too to stop shopping there for coffee on way to work. If this Young man is still allowed to treat customers the same way he has been this Store will be changed into another failed closed 7/11. I have copied this review and will be pasting it on all review sites as well as sending a Better Business Bueruo Complaint. And will tell anyone who is listening. I've never ever been band from a store due to a bent $1 bill. I will be stating and telling this feed back because I am so tired of the lack of customer service in the USA. Especially now that the consumer has to pay so much more for goods.
