I had a terrible experience with this removalist company. They sent inexperienced staff who needed constant direction on how to move my belongings, making the entire process stressful and time-consuming.Firstly, they quoted me for a smaller truck, which ended up being too small for all my items. This forced me to pay twice for the delivery, which felt like a deliberate tactic to overcharge.Secondly, they refused to take my coffee table, claiming it had a glass top and there was no room in the truck. This was a blatant lie, as there was clearly enough space. Their excuse was that the coffee table could damage their truck, which was ridiculous and unfounded.To top it off, their customer service was incredibly rude and dismissive when I called to address these issues. I would not recommend this company to anyone looking for a reliable and professional moving service.
