If I could give 0 stars I would. Guys showed up to move us out of a 2 bedroom apartment. They were lifting a box between 2 of them and subsequently took 13 hours to actually move our stuff. I ended up having to help them for about 5 hours as they were incapable of doing it. They also left items in the house we were moving from as they were worried they would break them so I had to hire a van the next day to move the remaining items. A lot of our stuff they moved was damaged anyway and they have not refunded my deposit. Do not accept their "estimated time" as this is clearly not very well estimated and they can drag it out as long as they want. Stick with fixed price.
