Called to ask about changing service and got UNREAL numbers. I have been an Ackerman customer for over 15 years. I told the Customer Care person that I would be calling other companies to get quotes, and she told me "Okay". So much for any Customer Loyalty department for a long-term customer.Fast forward three weeks after I switched service. Called to cancel service on local Atlanta number and was on hold over 45 minutes (after speaking to someone after a 10 minute wait). I called a toll free number on another phone (while my current call is still in the queue line) and the person that answered told me the Atlanta department that handles cancellations leave at 5:00.Good luck trying to get anyone on a direct line in Atlanta to help.
