This the most untrustworthy company out there. I would give it zero stars if possible. You cannot ever reach a human on the phone and the units malfunction and they charge you regardless of whose error it is. They also advertise on their website falsely of the charges you will incur. NEVER use this company. They prey on people who are trying to get through an already difficult time.
