Pretty much same thing that happened with Jamie and Steve is happening to me. Ordered it and said it would ship in 2-3 weeks. Well over a month later it says it shipped!! Then the DAY BEFORE it was supposed to arrive, I get an email saying that it was damaged during production, and they have to make another!! Wait how was it damaged in production when it is suppose to arrive the next day! So they didn't ship it, they lied about it, and then give me a measly 20% refund. Now the customer service people seem pleasant enough and they have offered some small discount. I would have been annoyed if they told me the truth that it was damaged and delayed but they lied about it being shipped and that it wasn't is what I am mad about!! They tried to give me free saddlebag liners but I told them I don't need them, I offered to buy a seat, BUY A SEAT!! they offered a stupid 10% off! REALLY 10% thats it?!!!
