I am building a new home and wanted to have a high quality alarm system with surveillance and home automation. I chose Interlogix UltraSync modular hub system because of its customizable features and extensive capabilities. Unfortunately, many companies will not even talk to you if you want to install it yourself. After two bad experiences with other companies, I hesitantly gave Advanced Security a try. The speed at which they fulfilled my order encouraged me to order again. The second order was quite large. Victor saw the order and noticed a conflict with my previous purchase. He reached out to me to verify the order was correct. I was impressed with his concern and asked if he could answer several questions. After a couple weeks & a couple dozen emails, I was confident in my purchases and placed more orders. Because Advanced Security recently started selling UltraSync, Victor wasn't completely certain about multiple questions; however, he took the time to reach out to his supplier and Interlogix to get accurate information. He never once fed me b.s. That what I call top notch service. I intend to be a customer for many years to come.
