I wanted to take a moment and express my outstanding experience I’ve had over last 10 years. I used advanced security on a home in Az apx 10 years ago. Victor was amazing handling all my needs and questions on that system. Monitoring has been very efficient on alarm calls. I reached out to Victor regarding setting up an alarm system in my new home in Ca. Victor walked me through the whole process in picking out the sensors that would make property safe. I accidentally cleared my system when I was in the programming mode. I reached out to Victor on After hours apx 10pm. Expected a call back for assistance the next day. He actually responded within minutes and walked me through reprogramming the system that was my mistake. I highly recommend this company for anyone considering a security system. A plus service
I needed to have my Jeep key fob replaced…. I thought until I visited Advanced Security in Timonium. I explained to Rashad that the key fob was not working and the dealer wanted an excessive amount to replace it. Rashad took the dead fob and my good fob and investigated the problem and resolved my issue without having to replace the fob, and at a lower price. Bottom line is the Rashad and Advanced Security provide great customer service at a fair price.
I have used a number of home security companies over the years, and Advanced Security, LLC is by far the worst. After about 6 years of using a local company that was beginning to struggle to provide support, I made the switch to Advanced Security. In addition, I used it as an opportunity to replace a panel, which stopped working. They sent me a completely defective panel in both esthetics and function and that is where the problems began. Upon receipt of the panel, I was eager to get it installed. The first thing I noticed when powering it on was the electrical panel not being flush with the panel housing and emitted light from the bottom corner. I was still willing to accept the product with the panel flaws if it worked. I was able to connect to Wi-Fi, but was not able to get the software to download, which rendered the product inoperable. When I brought the issue to the company manager’s attention, he quickly became unhinged and insulting. He basically called me a liar, which left me dumbfounded. I have never been treated with such distain by a company before, especially one that I was in contract with to provide a service. The product was completely defective, and he wanted me to take a loss on the purchase instead of providing a full refund that any other company would do without question. He tried to intimidate me because I was a customer, expecting me to submit to his rude tactics. I had to fight to receive a full refund, which resulted in their “Cancel Culture.” After that they treated me with disrespect and would not provide any tech support or otherwise until the payment terms had ended, most recently. Cancel culture represents the worst qualities in America. I could not recommend this company in good conscience.

Thank you Advanced Security :)I purchased 2 alarm systems from Advanced Security and the staff (Victor in my case) went above and beyond to help me out with my, let's say, less-than-normal requirements!Some time after my initial purchase I required some additional assistance and Advanced Security responded promptly and sorted it out for without hesitation and with ease.Intend buying more equipment soon. Cannot recommend Advanced Security highly enough!
Part received damaged possible lack of quality control.requested replacement ,however got accusation you damaged item. To get return authorization I had to pay for return and agree to 15% restocking fee. This is not a reputable business.If unable to resolve will file complaint with PayPal.
