I have been working in the government contracting industry for many years when I decided to do something to further my education/career. After taking the required 35-hour course with a different organization many months ago, I needed much guidance in navigating the path to passing the PMP Exam. I tried researching things on my own using the exam content outline, which is a very tedious process, but I still wasn't sure I'm covering all my basis. That is where Aileen's courses and guidance came in very useful - and for me very enjoyable as well. As I progressed through her exam prep, I gained real confidence that I can pass that exam no matter how it looks like. Sure enough, I passed from my first attempt just a couple of days ago. Aileen is the BEST teacher! After her 4 day course you will leave CONFIDENT and ready to take the PMP. She is one of those instructors who loves to teach and you can tell, thus propelling your learning to the next level. She’s approachable, patient, knowledgeable, and for her students. I passed my exam the first time, scoring “Above Target” in all categories. Do not waste your time and money on anyone else. Aileen is THE PMP boot camp instructor you need to have.
I signed up for the in-person PMP boot camp about two months before it started. In those two months, I took all the quizzes (over 70) on Aileen’s site and also joined most of the twice a week zoom sessions with her. She was very dedicated and available in helping me before class even started! Then the in-person class was even better, helping me gain confidence and knowledge. I passed my PMP exam the week after the class and I was so relieved, Aileen was an amazing mentor and teacher! She also promptly answered all my emails and questions. Thanks Aileen!
Aileen's course is tailored to make you think like PMI. This was huge! Instead of spending countless hours having me read the PMBOK she was able to turn abstract concepts into patterned thought recognition. She also is extremely vested in the individual despite it being a group training session. Lastly, the training platform is solid in fortifying what she taught during the class. I passed the exam on the first attempt. Can't recommend her enough.
The in-person course is more than can be captured in a comment. It completely demystified what was expected on test day in order to get my PMP certification. Aileen does a fantastic job of ensuring anything and everything you will encounter is not only covered but understood by those participating. I took my exam 3 days after completing the course and passed it with time to spare!
Aileen is a fantastic instructor! She has tons of resources geared at helping you to succeed in passing the PMP exam and becoming certified. Working in project management for healthcare and emergency management my depth of knowledge is much different than the traditional tech project manager; however Aileen’s approach enabled me to gain knowledge where I needed, and to most importantly pass the PMP! I highly recommend her course!!
I loved that most of the videos were short, straight to the point and Aileen was able to provide an easy-to-understand summary. My favorite were the quizzes which not only provided the correct answer but also why the answer was correct and what to look out for in the future.
Ms Aileen's training method works 100%. Her fast-track package for those that already have the required hours of training is one of the best to prepare for the PMP exam; just follow her guide stricto sensu and you will be fine.
